Hi, I’m Lauren.

I help adults overcome anxiety and inner barriers to success, so they can enjoy life and feel confident to go for what they want. My aim is for clients to walk away from therapy with me having experienced a fundamental shift - feeling calm, in control, confident to face life’s challenges and happy in their own skin. I’ve helped many clients to achieve this and I want to help you experience that too.

You deserve real results from the time we spend together, so in addition to talking about what’s going on, I can help you get to the bottom of what’s causing the difficulties you’ve been struggling with at a deep, unconscious level - and change them for good. I also help you learn practical skills, tools and techniques, so you can handle whatever life throws at you without overwhelm or fear.

I offer a warm, safe, non-judgemental space where no issue is too big, small or embarrassing, and a uniquely-tailored blend of hypnotherapy and psychotherapy and mind-body approaches to help you overcome anxiety, trauma, low mood, low self esteem and self-control issues.
