  • Anxiety involves frequent worrying and feelings of nervousness and fear. Being low in confidence can sometimes involve anxiety, for example, you may worry a lot about things going wrong.

    With low confidence, there’s a sense of not feeling competent in what you do, or what you’d like to do. A feeling that you won’t - or might not - be able to do it, no matter how much you train or prepare. Often sufferers feel a deep lack of self-belief, which hinders success and leads to a lower level of achievement that doesn’t reflect their true abilities.

    I am experienced in working with anxiety as well as low confidence, so you can be assured that you can get any help you need for anxiety as part of our work together.

  • This depends on where you’re starting from and what you’d like to get from therapy. In our first session we’ll formulate a goal for therapy that encapsulates exactly how you’d like things to be.

    For some clients this may take the form of working in a targeted way on specific issues, e.g. procrastination. Other clients wish to achieve a bigger transformation, and this usually involves working together for a little longer.
