  • You can see me in person at my comfortable therapy room at Hurlingham Studios, Ranelagh Gardens, London SW6 3PA. This is located one minute walk from Putney Bridge Station.

    I also offer secure online sessions via Zoom, so you can see me from the comfort of your own home.

  • Yes, I see clients online, as well as in-person. I send you a secure, password-protected link via Zoom, so we can meet no matter where you’re located.

    I recommend you join me on Zoom from a place where you will be private and can feel comfortable. For many people this is a room in their own home where they won’t be disturbed.

  • Our first session is 80-90 minutes at £120.

    Subsequent 50-60 minute sessions are £90.

    I also offer a package for my Fertile Mind, Fertile You Method in which you get 8 sessions, plus supporting tools, at £700.

    Stopping smoking is £180 for a one-off session of up to 2 hours, including a free follow-up within 3 months, if required.

  • This depends on what you’d like help with, your goals for therapy and where you are starting from.

    For many clients around 6 sessions is a good starting point, though some clients will wish to have more. There’s no one-size-fits all, as it’s important that therapy is tailored uniquely to you and your needs.

    Meeting weekly at the same time allows us to get the most momentum going with the changes you’d like to make, but it is possible to have a more flexible schedule for sessions, e.g. fortnightly.

    We can also change the frequency of our sessions as therapy progresses, e.g. beginning weekly and then switching to a fortnightly schedule as we near the end of our time working together.

    Everyone’s different, but it will be possible to give you more of an idea of the amount of sessions you’ll need in our free consultation.

  • It’s important that you feel safe in therapy, and are able to be open, so that I can provide you with the very best service. Anything you tell me will be treated with strict confidence.

    There are very limited exemptions to this, which relate mainly to safeguarding of yourself or others. I will explain these limited circumstances before therapy begins.

    If we are, great! We’ll schedule your first appointment and begin mapping out a path to your goals. If not, no problem. I’ll refer to you to another talented therapist in my network who can help.
